About BPC-157
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide made up of 15 amino acids. Its sequence is derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice, and it is one of the most widely studied research peptides in the world.
In laboratory and animal models, BPC-157 has been investigated for its role in angiogenesis, tendon and ligament models, and gastrointestinal tissue research. It remains an experimental compound and is not approved as a medicine by the HPRA, EMA or FDA.
